EXHIBITION HALL
Situated on the northwest edge of the Clore Garden of Science and adjacent to the future Azrieli Institute for Brain and Neural Sciences building, the Exhibition Hall will serve as a bridge between the cutting-edge science of the Weizmann Institute and the educational landscape of the Garden, bringing temporary exhibitions, activities, lectures, and events to all science enthusiasts of all ages.
Equipped with 360-degree interactive sound and projection, the facility will run via an innovative Internet of Things (IoT) network—one of the most important technologies of the 21st century, which allows for seamless communication between people, processes, and things by connecting everyday devices to the Internet.
This design will enable the Davidson Institute to upgrade and expand many of its existing exhibits and activities by offering cutting-edge spaces for innovative science education. It will also provide for the development of new activities, incorporating immersive multimedia and interactive experiences aimed at advancing scientific literacy among the public.
