MATTER

This exhibit plays with perspective and illustrates the scale of the tiniest and largest structures in the universe. The structures and properties of all types of matter will be displayed along the main walls of the exhibit area with displays placed in nearby open spaces.

The Matter playscape will include slides and a large molecule of climable carbon.

Compare the design and size of microscopic organisms or cellular structures with advanced microscopic photographic images.

Advanced microscopic phtography introduces visitors to the "face" or creatures unable to be seen with the naked eye.

Understanding our place in space is also the aim of the Matter exhibit area, comparing the size of planets to each other and to the sun.
